All freshies are made to order.

Each freshie will come packed in a giftable package with parchment paper to protect it and then placed in a bubble mailer.

I do everything in my power to make sure your freshie arrives in the same condition as I pack it.  If you have an issue, please email me with a description of the problem and a photo.  I do not give refunds based on the custom nature of the item, but I will work with you to make it right.

Please allow 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) for turn around time unless otherwise notified. You will not receive your tracking until your order is processed on our end.

Please keep this in mind before contacting us for order statuses. 

• We consider our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

• Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as a business day. 

• Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for USPS acceptance.

Approximately 3-8 Business days for delivery. This can change at anytime. We DO NOT guarantee shipping times. Please note that once an order is sent , it is out of our control, and anything concerning your package should be followed up with USPS.
